If you sign up for one class per week, they have the fantastic and very convenient option of attending any one of 4 classes each week. What’s even better is that if you miss a class one week you’re able to attend two classes the following week. Classes with Coach Max and Coach Vinnie are not only about skill and performance but about instilling respect, patience, a sense of community and building a strong sense of self.
